Uganda Martyrs’ Hospital (UMH) is a newly established state-of-the-art Private Not for Profit (PNFP) hospital located in Jinja City, Uganda. Founded by the Registered Trustees of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jinja, the medical facility is situated at Rubaga, opposite Jinja College, on the grounds of the former minor seminary. The institution operates under the Ecclesiastical Province of Tororo Arch Diocese to deliver accessible and high-quality health infrastructure across the Busoga sub-region. [1, 2, 3]

Continuous structural additions are fortified by corporate and local community donations, such as the council of laity mobilizing substantial resource drives during diocesan celebrations. By integrating modern diagnostic technology with traditional care, the young institution scales up local capacities, minimizes treatment backlogs, and ensures sustainable sports and public health governance across Eastern Uganda
