Its core offerings include the ElevateHer360 program for workforce readiness, specialized digital literacy initiatives, and the Code Academy, which provides fully funded scholarships for a two-year Diploma in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship. Through strategic alliances like the 10X Program and the Digi Pass initiative, participants undergo intensive hands-on masterclasses covering software development, web technologies, graphics design, and AI tools utilized in the modern workforce.
Beyond classroom instruction, the enterprise prioritizes long-term employability and business scaling by embedding extensive career support and mentoring frameworks within its physical hubs. The organization has reached over 20,000 women and girls across 56 districts in Uganda, successfully connecting more than 10,000 graduates to dignified work, remote income opportunities, and corporate tech pipelines. By running a dedicated Women Founders Hub and providing targeted financial support through the WITU Fund, the institution effectively nurtures local tech innovation and fosters a collaborative ecosystem for female leaders.
