POSITION: ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Kazire Health Products Ltd, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to recruit FIVE (5) competent,
committed and results-oriented Assistant Production Supervisors to support its production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in supervising daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
2. Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to approved procedures and standards.
3. Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, machinery and other production resources.
4. Monitor production staff attendance, discipline and performance.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality and workplace safety requirements.
6. Monitor production output, yields, wastage and operational efficiency.
7. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
8. Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control and the Production Manager to ensure product
quality.
9. Identify and report production challenges and recommend corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
 A Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Laboratory Science or any other relevant
science-related field is preferred.
 Candidates with qualifications in Production Management, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology or related
disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
 Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage.
 Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
 High levels of discipline, integrity and attention to detail.
