Chefs
Description
Coordinates kitchen operations by preparing high-quality local and international dishes while strictly adhering to food safety, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Catering or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Ability to prepare local and international dishes.
- Strong hygiene and food safety standards.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
- Ability to work in remote lodge locations and natural environments.
- Physically fit, in good health, smart appearance, and high hygiene standards.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant environment.
