Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, distributors, and walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner.Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.Coordinate customer orders and liaise with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Support front desk, administrative, and customer service operations.Keep accurate customer records, order details, and sales-related documentation.Follow up on customer orders and provide updates on delivery schedules when required.

Education & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Certificate holders are encouraged to apply. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Additional Details

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and record management).Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
