Job Description
Overview
Our client is looking for Direct Sales Agents who will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers at assigned retail locations, promoting Palm Pay’s device financing solutions, and driving sales conversions. This is a frontline, customer-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, energy, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsible For
- Sales & Customer Acquisition
Proactively engage and welcome walk-in customers with enthusiasm to drive interest and conversions
Clearly explain Palm Pay’s device financing value proposition to potential customers
Convert customer interest into completed applications and sales
- Customer Screening & Onboarding
Pre-qualify (vet) customers before initiating applications to ensure eligibility and reduce rejection rates
Guide customers through the loan application and onboarding process smoothly
Act as a liaison between customers and HQ operations to resolve onboarding issues quickly
- Portfolio Quality & Collections Support
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage timely repayments
Conduct proactive follow-ups to minimize defaults, especially First Payment Default (FPD1)
Support overall portfolio health through continuous engagement
- In-Store Marketing & Brand Representation
Ensure Palmpay branding and product displays are visible, clean, and attractive
Maintain compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines
Create a positive brand experience to stand out in competitive retail environments
- Target Achievement & Reporting
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately track and report sales activities and performance
Contribute to overall team profitability through consistent performance
Additional Requirements
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
High level of integrity and professionalism
