FEMALE Gym Instructor

Recognised Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor certification.

First Aid and CPR certification – very important.

Knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, exercise programming and nutrition.

Additional qualifications in areas such as group fitness, aerobics, spinning, yoga, Pilates or strength training are an advantage.

Ideally, 1-2 years’ practical experience in a gym, fitness centre, hotel health club or similar environment.
