THE FLOOR MANGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF THE OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

YOU ARE THE GO TO PERSON ON FLOOR TO ENSURE SAFETY, CLEANLINESS,SMOOTH OPERATIONS AND A POSITIVE SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT

LEAD,MOTIVATE AND MONITOR SALES ATTENDANTS AND OTHER FLOOR STAFF

MONITOR STOCK LEVELS AND ENSURE TIMELY REPLENISHMENT

REPORT OPERATIONAL ISSUES AND RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS

ASSIST IN STAFF TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

PREPARE DAILY SALES AND OPERATIONAL REPORTS

Job Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT,MARKETING OR ANY RELATED FIELD

MNIMUM 2 YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORY ROLE

EXPERIENCE IN STAFF MANAGEMNET IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
