Job Description

We are looking for a polished and professional individual to be the first impression of our brand – creating a welcoming, organised, and efficient front office environment.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Front Desk & Visitor Management | Call Handling & Correspondence | Scheduling & Administration | Office
  • Supplies & Facilities | Team Support & Supervision

YOU WILL BRING:

  • A Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a busy professional environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
  • Hands-on experience with standard office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
