Job Description

Husky Operator
    • Source of Recruitment: Local
    • Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate (Mechanical / Electrical)
    • Experience Required: 3–4 Years
    • Industry Focus: Husky Injection Moulding Systems

Job Purpose
  • To operate and monitor Husky preform injection molding machines while meeting quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run Husky molding systems while keeping clear track of processing temperature profiles, cycles, and pressures.
  • Perform physical inspections of preforms to watch for defects like flashing, short-shots, or air bubbles.
  • Log machine operational metrics, batch ticket markings, and report variance anomalies to the team leader.
  • Keep the main mold face clean and clear debris from take-out plates during production runs.
