Job Description

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and experienced professional to support research, portfolio management, and the delivery of superior investment outcomes for our clients.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Research & Analysis | Portfolio Monitoring | Client Reporting |
  • Compliance & Risk Management | Trade Execution Support

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance,  Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment research, asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, or financial advisory
  • Hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis
  • Exposure to multi-asset portfolio management across equities, fixed income, money markets, and alternatives
  • Familiarity with the Ugandan and East African capital markets, and the regulatory frameworks governing them
  • Progress towards or possession of a CFA, CISI, or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage
