JUNIOR SOURCING OFFICER

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Junior Sourcing Officer to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across key industries, supporting faster recruitment delivery and maintaining a high-quality talent database.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to manage multiple sourcing activities independently.
