Job Summary: Are you a passionate marketer who knows how to turn great ideas into business growth?

Uganda Batteries Limited (UBL), an indigenous battery manufacturer in Uganda, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brands and drive growth in Uganda and beyond.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategy.
  • Lead campaigns, product launches, activations and digital initiatives.
  • Drive market research, consumer insights and new growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, agencies and performance/ROI.
  • Work across teams to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • CIM qualification is desirable.
  • 6+ years’ marketing experience, including 2+ years in leadership. Strong brand, digital, campaign and market development skills.
  • Strategic and results-driven mindset.
