Job Details

Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Midwifery Tutors.

Midwifery Tutors are responsible for teaching, guiding and mentoring midwifery students to develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies required to provide safe and quality maternal and newborn care. They support students through theoretical instruction, clinical practice and assessment while promoting professional ethics and adherence to nursing and midwifery standards.

Qualifications or Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medical Education or Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNS), with double training.
  • Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council and/or the Ministry of Education and Sports.
