Job Description

Operator – Blow Mould
- Source of Recruitment: Local
- Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
- Experience Required: 4–5 Years
- Industry Focus: High-Speed PET Bottling Plant
Job Purpose
To operate, monitor, and execute routine mechanical maintenance on high-speed preform blow moulding machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow moulding machinery in strict alignment with structural parameters and cycle times.
- Perform routine process checks, minor electrical or mechanical tuning, and mold changeovers.
- Troubleshoot defects such as wall thickness issues, pearlescence, or unblown bottles immediately.
- Log machine operational metrics, component wear, and runtime technical errors.
