Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates to fill the vacant posts available in Private Wing at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital. Applications should be filled in triplicate of PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) and submitted to Registry Unit on Administration block not later than Thursday 26th September, 2026 by 5:00pm.
Applications should include a Cover letter, copy of the National ID, Curriculum Vitae, Photocopies of Certificates and Academic transcripts and contact information for two professional References. Applicants must state clearly their contact addresses and telephone numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities
:a) Assisting in the transportation of office supplies and documents.
b) Cleaning and maintaining office premises and facilities.
c) Supporting staff in setting up equipment and materials for meetings or events.
d) Delivering documents and messages within and outside the office premises.
e) Reporting any maintenance issues in the office facilities.
