ROLE:
Supervise all production activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production supervision role
- Certificate or Diploma in Carpentry & Joinery
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
