Role Overview
Assist the QHSE department in implementing and monitoring quality, health, safety, and environmental
standards. Support compliance, training, audits, and incident reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Help prepare and update QHSE documentation (policies, risk assessments, procedures).
Assist in scheduling and tracking safety inspections and audits.
Support incident/near-miss reporting and follow-up actions.
Help organize safety training and awareness sessions.
Collect and analyze QHSE data (e.g., KPIs, compliance rates).
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety,
Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Basic understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with analytical thinking.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
