Public Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 2008) should be submitted in triplicates with 3 recent Passport size photos, certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts, Identity cards of schools and institutions attended and a copy of National Identity Card attached and submitted to the Secretary Buhweju District Service Commission P.O Box 10 Kabwohe NOT LATER THAN 5th FEBRUARY 2026.

Responsible For: Darkroom Attendant
Job Purpose
To carry out radiographic imaging for diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.

Patients in need of specialized imaging referred

Radiographic operational equipment maintained

Key Functions

Preparing and submitting work plans and budgets for radiographic activities in the hospital

Preparing patients for radiographic investigation and treatment
-
Carrying out radiographic imaging and submitting reports to Clinicians
-
Providing protection to patients against radiation and radioactive materials
-
Identifying and recommending referral of patients in need of specialized imaging
-
Maintaining radiographic operational equipment
-
Requisitioning and accounting for radiographic materials and sundries allocated

Preparing and submitting performance reports to relevant authorities
