Job Description
RECONCILIATION & CONTROL OFFICER
Role Summary
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial balances through daily reconciliation and strict financial controls.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile bank, mobile money, billers, ATM, and branch cash balances daily
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Monitor failed transactions, reversals, and unmatched entries
- Maintain accurate reconciliation records and audit trails
- Escalate unresolved variances within set timelines
- Enforce compliance with financial control procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in BBA, Accounting and Finance, Economics and any other Finance or Accounting related Degree
- CPA is an added advantage
- 2-3 years experience
