Job Description
Role Purpose
The Recoveries Delivery Agent is responsible for effectively delivering demand letters, other relevant documents /materials, and supporting the Recoveries team in achieving collection targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the delivery of demand letters to designated clients with intent to recover outstanding payments.
- Deliver other relevant documents /materials as per schedules.
- Escalate cases that require further action to the Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and client interactions in the system.
- Provide daily updates on field activities to the Recoveries Team Leader.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients during recovery visits.
- Address client queries and concerns or redirect to appropriate channels.
- Ensure personal safety and follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities.
- Follow up with assigned clients on overdue accounts.
- Maintain the motorcycles in good mechanical condition.
- Coordinate with Administration to procure stationery for printing letters and Envelopes.

Requirements
- Diploma in any related field or equivalent Education..
- Experience in debt recovery. Must know how to ride a motorcycle and having a valid licence is an added advantage.
