Responsibilities
Drive sustainable regional sales growth by strategically planning, coordinating, and optimizing retail operations while maintaining a customer-centric approach focused on total customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and retention.
- Ensure sales growth on the different parameters in terms of Gross Ads, Home broadband, Enterprise in the region.
- Ensure excellent and efficient service delivery at the franchise/distributor shops in alignment to Airtel service standards.
- Set and drive quality interactions within the region.
- Receive and respond to escalated queries and complaints from customer service relations, supervisors and franchises in the region and where necessary refer these to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure speedy resolution.
- Manage and guide day today service delivery in the region.
- Set clear processes to manage customer experience and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Make recommendations to the management in terms of sales and service improvements.
- Communication of standard rules and operational guidelines and enforce adherence.
- Enforce adherence to stock levels in all the franchise/distributor shops in the region.
- Prepare performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent training in business or sales management combination of direct and indirect.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in sales management.
- Exposure to retailing/retail management.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or fast moving consumer goods environment.
