Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVES (Arua, Gulu, Pader, Lira, Soroti, Bweyale, Masindi , Hoima, Kagadi, Mbarara, Isingiro, Ishaka, Kabwohe, Bushenyi, Kasese, Fortportal, Ibanda, Kabale, Kisoro, Rukungiri.)
The Sales Executive will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for marketing Pride Bank’s loan products and mobilizing savings clients, with the aim of driving growth in both the loan and savings portfolios.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Mobilize accounts and ensure they are funded and active.
• Mobilize atleast 20 loans per month.
• Lead sales team with support of Banking Operations Manager under the oversight of the Branch Manager.
• Maintain close contact with customers and obtain market intelligence on the trend in customer wants and needs.
• Follow-up and ensure that 90% of the accounts mobilized / opened are enrolled onto Pride digital platforms selling products to existing clients in the assigned branch operating area.
• Organizing and participating in promotional activities/events.
• Sell new products and maintain quality customer service by taking part in launches, Pilot testing and various VSP activities such as pitch camps, barazas, bazars, business forums, trade shows, etc.
Stock taking of assets and maintenance of an accurate fixed asset register.

Academic qualifications,
Experience & competence: –
• Minimum of a Diploma in any business-related discipline including Agri-Business.
• 2 Principal passes at A ‘Level.
• Should possess atleast a pass in Mathematics and English at O’level.
• Should be energetic with high degree of innovativeness, creativity and ambition.
• Should have a high degree of integrity, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Should be fluent in the commonly used local languages in the different regions.
• He/she should not be more than 40 years of age.
