KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SUPERVISE MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES..
- CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS OF BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT.
- ENSURE SAFETY OF ALL EQUIPMENT.
- TRACK AND REPORT FACILITY NEEDS.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD.
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT.
- STRONG LEADERSHIP, COORDINATION, AND ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITIES.
- ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND HANDLE MULTIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES.
- KNOWLEDGE OF MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
