Job Title: Server/Waitstaff
About the Job

Hugamara Group is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers/Waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
  • Take customer food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Respond to guest requests courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
