About the Job

Hugamara Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in food preparation, kitchen supervision, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in kitchen operations.
  • Assist with food preparation activities.
  • Supervise kitchen operations as assigned.
  • Maintain food quality standards.
  • Support efficient kitchen workflow.
  • Promote cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
