Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process spare parts orders.
  • Check availability and follow up on pending orders.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on availability and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability & dispatch.
  • Report stock shortages and support stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and sales.
  • Prepare routine reports and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Automotive/Mechanical field or a related discipline.
  • Training in sales or spare parts management is an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in spare parts sales, order processing, procurement, inventory, logistics or customer service.
  • Experience in an automotive or related industry is an added advantage.
