Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and secure top talent for our clients. This role utilizes multiple channels, including social media, job boards, direct sourcing, career events, and partnerships with external agencies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Recruitment Team and Management to resolve recruitment challenges, maintain efficient hiring processes, and support operational excellence at NFT Consult.

Essential Job Functions

Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Identify and attract talent using databases such as CATS, online job platforms, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and grow an updated Applicant Tracker Database to meet both internal and external recruitment needs.
  • Implement sourcing strategies by leveraging social media, recruitment events, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and sustain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry networks to attract emerging talent.

Recruitment and Selection

  • Support the development and refinement of job descriptions and employee performance scorecards.
  • Implement effective interview and selection procedures, including screening, role-plays, and candidate assessments.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, job expos, and industry networking events to promote employer branding.
  • Maintain a structured hiring process aligned with established best practices in recruitment and talent assessment.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring adherence to all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivery of recruitment targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers by providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Assist in market research on HR trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market shifts to support NFT’s talent acquisition strategy.

Compliance and HR Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, recruitment regulations, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Support the delivery of learning and development solutions related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Performance and Execution

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.

Technical Skills and Expertise

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media sourcing, resume databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of organizational structures and job role requirements across different industries.
  • Knowledge of key HR disciplines, including:
    • Employee performance management
    • Policy implementation
    • Compensation and benefits
    • Training and development
    • Labor law compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both clients and candidates.
