The Spa Manager oversees wellness and spa operations, delivering a premium luxury experience while driving revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Spa Manager oversees wellness and spa operations, delivering a premium luxury experience while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations and staff performance
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and service excellence standards
- Develop spa treatments, packages, and promotions
- Control inventory, costs, and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing luxury spa operations
