As it expands its commercial footprint, it aims to build a high-performing corporate leadership team to streamline regional and national operations.

 

Description:
Provide overarching strategic leadership and oversight for all corporate departmental operations. This role involves steering the company’s long-term business strategy, fostering strong institutional stakeholder relationships, managing executive teams, and driving sustainable commercial growth across local and regional agricultural markets.

 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (A Master’s degree is highly preferred).
    • Proven track record of managing large multidisciplinary teams and executing strategic plans.
    • Strong executive communication, financial acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.

 

    • Experience:
      Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in agribusiness or related corporate sectors.
