Summary

Sales Executive – Retail Sales is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and offering suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty.

Tasks

  • Identify potential customers via referrals and recommendations.
  • Enter relevant information into CRM for retention/business development.
  • Sell standard products/services; supervise a team of sales advisors.
  • Respond to escalations and provide approvals as required.
  • Record and process custom customer orders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
