We are looking for a Mission-driven & Agile person with a strong Business/ Accounting background to join our team as a BusinessGrowth Advisor.

JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Business Growth Advisor is to drive the effective adoption and utilization of FutureLink Technologies’ Banking as a Service platform and industrial dashboard within partner financial institutions.

This role ensures that these institutions can leverage the dashboard to enhance operational performance, achieve growth, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Drive Growth in SACCOs & MFls on our platform leveraging Data analytics & Artificial Intelligence.
  • Help SACCOs to leverage our platform to influence policy, product evolution & Strategy.
  • Onboard & Train new SACCOs & MFIs
  • Provide ongoing support to a portfolio of SACCOs & MFls assigned.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the plat-form remains competitive and relevant.
  • Work closely with SACCOs & MFIs’ management and boards to identify key performance indicators and customize dashboards to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

Resumewriting service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in the financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology and digital banking plat-forms.
  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
