We are looking for a Mission-driven & Agile person with a strong Business/ Accounting background to join our team as a BusinessGrowth Advisor.
JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Business Growth Advisor is to drive the effective adoption and utilization of FutureLink Technologies’ Banking as a Service platform and industrial dashboard within partner financial institutions.
This role ensures that these institutions can leverage the dashboard to enhance operational performance, achieve growth, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Drive Growth in SACCOs & MFls on our platform leveraging Data analytics & Artificial Intelligence.
- Help SACCOs to leverage our platform to influence policy, product evolution & Strategy.
- Onboard & Train new SACCOs & MFIs
- Provide ongoing support to a portfolio of SACCOs & MFls assigned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the plat-form remains competitive and relevant.
- Work closely with SACCOs & MFIs’ management and boards to identify key performance indicators and customize dashboards to meet their specific needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in the financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and digital banking plat-forms.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
- Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
