Job Title: Procurement Intern
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
 Assist in researching potential suppliers and collecting quotes.
 Help prepare purchase orders and track order status.
 Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases.
 Participate in cost analysis and spend data entry.
 Shadow negotiation meetings and contract reviews.
 Assist with inventory checks and logistics coordination.
 Prepare reports and presentations for the procurement team.


Qualifications
 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related
field.
 Must have knowledge about Telecom and infrastructure.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
 Eager to learn and proactive attitude.
