Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full project implementation cycle for both FTTx and non‑technical projects, including facilities, products, and service-related initiatives. The role involves coordinating day‑to‑day project activities, supporting planning and execution, and ensuring adherence to defined timelines and quality standards. The Project Coordinator supports quality assurance processes by participating in workmanship inspections and installation acceptance activities, ensuring deliverables meet agreed specifications. Additionally, the role provides operational and administrative support to the Project Manager as required to facilitate effective project execution and successful delivery.

Reports to: Senior Manager – Projects Implementation
No. of Vacancies: 2
Main Job Functions:
- Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines
- Implement projects as per Marketing Roadmap
- Ensure Regular Project reporting as per Business requirements
- Ensure that all projects are implemented within specified timelines and within Quality Plan
- Ensure handover of all completed Projects to the respective internal customers
- Prepare project timelines with fully interdependence in the project activities
- Ensuring all projects follow customer centricity guidelines
- Properly Manage Project risks
- Properly Manage Project Procurement
- Properly Manage Project Contracts
- Project human resource management
- Manage project documentation
- Ensure capitalization of all completed Projects
Education
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Telecommnications, Electrical, Software & Computer Engineering or related course
Work Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to drive a company car would be an added advantage
