Applications in Triplicate on PSC form 3 (Revised 2008) and ESC form 3 (Revised 2008) for Education cadres, with three recent colored passport photographs and bearing the Title applied for and Reference number should be addressed and submitted to the: SECRETARY KIBUKU DISTRICT SERVICE COMMISSION, P.O BOX 150, MBALE not later than Thursday 14th of May, 2026 at 5:00pm. Application forms can be obtained from Kibuku District Service Commission, Public Service Commission Offices on farmers’ House 2nd Floor, Parliamentary Avenue Kampala or download on Public Service Commission website www.psc.go.ug.
Applicants should attach certified copies of all the necessary supporting documents, academic transcripts, registration and valid practicing licenses (where applicable), national IDs and any other relevant document.

- To provide security services to the organization.

- Premises checked and properly locked at the close of the day.
- Suspects apprehended and questioned for proper identification.
- Visitors directed to the reception for more information.
- Theft cases reported and reports prepared to the authorities.
- Premises patrolled to ensure maximum security.
- Security of government vehicles ensured.
- Security at important entry points kept.
Key Functions
- Checking and properly locking premises at the close of the day.
- Apprehending and questioning suspects for proper identification.
- Directing visitors to the reception for more information.
- Reporting theft cases and preparing reports to the authorities.
- Patrolling premises to ensure maximum security.
- Maintaining security of government vehicles.
- Keeping security at important entry points.
