Job Description

We are looking for a client-focused professional to be the face of our operations, delivering seamless service, accurate processing, and exceptional client experiences.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Client Query & Complaint Resolution | Transaction Processing | KYC & Data Management | CRM
  • CustomerRelationship Management (CRM)
  • Maintenance | Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in customer care or financial services being an added advantage
  • Sound understanding of the financial services industry and client relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal,  communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
