Description:
Coordinate community engagement and farmer outreach activities to promote the adoption of high-quality certified seeds. The role focuses on monitoring project field implementation schedules, resolving localization challenges, and preparing detailed physical and financial progress reports for management.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Agriculture, or Community Development.
    • Excellent verbal communication, reporting, and localized community mobilization skills.
    • Ability to work productively across remote, rural agricultural environments.

Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination, agricultural extension work, or community programs.
