Job Description

Officer – Engineering Store
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Material Management or Engineering)
  • Experience Required: 3–4 Years
  • Industry Focus: Any Industrial Sector

Job Purpose
To catalog, issue, and maintain accurate records of engineering spares, specialty tooling, and hardware supplies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process engineering component requests from mechanics and log items correctly inside database tracking systems.
  • Validate delivery invoices for incoming technical parts against specific mechanical purchase orders.
  • Maintain clean bin allocations, part numbers, and clear shelf-tag classifications.
  • Perform physical counts of active engineering stock to highlight discrepancy flags.
