Job Description

Executive – Orders Receipts & Dispatch Slips
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Warehouse Management
  • Experience Required: 4–5 Years
  • Industry Focus: Any Sector (Bottling preferred with strong MS Office & ERP experience)

Job Purpose
To record sales team orders, generate accurate product invoices, and create delivery notes inside the plant’s logistics system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound sales orders and log data into the corporate sales and logistics application.
  • Generate and print verified commercial invoices and delivery notes for transport drivers.
  • Reconcile daily order entries against actual dispatched invoice summaries.
  • Maintain clear digital archives of historical orders, customer accounts, and dispatch permissions
