BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to grow our corporate learning and capability development business by acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and delivering solutions that strengthen leadership, workforce capability, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to acquire corporate clients and build lasting business relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented with a passion for business growth.
