Beverage Production Manager

Job Detail

Manage end to end beverage production operations across water treatment, syrup processing, PET blowing, and bottling lines to fulfill daily volumetric targets.
Provide leadership and operational oversight to shift teams while upholding strict product quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Drive continuous operational improvement by optimizing production flow, maximizing equipment efficiency, and eliminating material waste.

Manage water treatment, syrup processing, PET blowing, and bottling operations to consistently meet daily volumetric targets.
Allocate shift duties, design work rosters, and execute detailed handovers to ensure operational coverage without compromising safety standards.
Translate master production plans and maintenance schedules into sequenced daily and weekly tasks across all lines.
Investigate equipment stoppages, quality deviations, and volumetric losses, implementing immediate corrective steps and preventive measures.
Enforce compliance with approved operating procedures, hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and cleaning routines across all work areas.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure inputs, equipment availability, and smooth handovers.
Track and control liquid yield, raw materials, utility usage, and packaging components to minimize waste and avoid unnecessary operational costs.
Maintain complete, legible, and traceable logs, OEE trackers, yield reports, and shift handovers ready for management review and audits.

Bottling plant line balancing and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) optimization
Liquid yield management and volumetric loss control
Shift roster design and operational team leadership
Operational root cause analysis and deviation troubleshooting
Production record keeping and data entry using ERP, CMMS, or PLC/HMI interfaces

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food Process, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration, or closely related technical disciplines.
Higher Diploma or Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or related technical disciplines combined with substantial practical supervisory experience.
Recognized UBTEB, TVET, professional supervisory, safety, or quality management certifications, or equivalent accredited international qualifications.
