Regional Wholesale Sales Manager (Central)

Job Detail

Drive direct sales, manage key distributors, and expand retail distribution networks across Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono.
Provide operational leadership and departmental control to ensure wholesale commercial targets are met without compromising safety, quality, or compliance.
Coordinate cross functional resources and manage end to end sales operations to protect product integrity and maintain high customer service standards.

Drive direct wholesale sales and execute route to market strategies across Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono.
Manage key distributor relationships, map sales territories, and enforce commercial performance targets.
Supervise sales personnel by allocating tasks according to workload and competence, preventing unsafe shortcuts caused by staffing pressures.
Resolve operational disruptions, stock issues, and customer complaints promptly while safeguarding product integrity and safety.
Enforce compliance with company procedures, authorization limits, stock controls, and hygiene standards across all field activities.
Translate commercial targets into practical daily and weekly field plans, ensuring resources and approvals are in place before starting work.
Maintain complete, legible, and traceable documentation including customer records, sales performance trackers, and stock reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to address inventory, delivery, and credit coordination gaps before they create delays.
Monitor operational and sales metrics to identify recurring service failures and implement practical preventive improvements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma, Ordinary Diploma, or recognized tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics, Marketing, Commerce, or directly related disciplines.
Relevant technical route, UBTEB, TVET, professional, quality, or supervisory certification, including equivalent accredited foreign qualifications.
