Job Details

Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Enrolled Midwife.

Enrolled Midwives provide essential maternal and newborn healthcare services, including antenatal care, assistance during labour and delivery, postnatal care, and health education for mothers and families. They monitor the wellbeing of mothers and babies, identify complications, and refer cases requiring advanced medical attention while maintaining professional standards of care.

Qualifications or Requirements

  • Certificate in Midwifery.
  • Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.

Application Procedure

Application Period: Applications start on 5th October 2026.

Deadline: 19th October 2026.
