About the Role

The Branch Supervisor will support the smooth running of branch operations by coordinating daily activities, supervising frontline employees and ensuring that banking procedures are followed. The role involves monitoring service delivery, supporting transaction accuracy, assisting with operational challenges and ensuring that customers receive efficient and professional service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily branch activities.
  • Monitor the performance of frontline banking staff.
  • Ensure that banking transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor customer service standards and help resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist in managing cash operations and ensuring proper transaction documentation.
  • Support the implementation of branch business and operational targets.
  • Prepare and review operational reports as required.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support the Branch Manager in coordinating staff and improving branch performance.
