About the Role

Relationship Officers will support customer acquisition, relationship management and business development activities. They will engage prospective and existing customers, explain available banking products and services, follow up on customer enquiries and help maintain customer satisfaction. The role also supports the Relationship Manager in expanding the bank’s customer base and achieving business targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Explain banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Support customer onboarding and account opening procedures.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, service requests and complaints.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Support marketing, customer outreach and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare activity reports.
  • Work with other banking teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow the bank’s policies, procedures and customer confidentiality requirements.
