Job Description

TMT Supermarket is a premier retail destination in Kampala, dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality products and exceptional service to our community. We are expanding our team at our Muyenga Branch and are looking for energetic, trustworthy, and customer-focused individuals to fill various roles.

About the Role:

  • You will be the welcoming face and voice of TMT Supermarket, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.

Description:

  • Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve complaints gracefully, and manage the information desk.

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent. Excellent spoken communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
