Job Description

Receptionist / Cashier

Core Purpose:

  • Manage the front desk, welcome guests, coordinate bookings, and handle financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and check in guests, answer inquiries, and manage room or service reservations.
    • Handle guest billing, receive payments, and reconcile daily cash and Point of Sale (POS) totals.
    • Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and welcoming.
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest accounts, and shift handovers.
    • Support other departments (such as the restaurant and bar) with guest service when needed.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of UCE or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Aged 20-28 years.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, disciplined, trustworthy and highly reliable.
