Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Bar Attendant, you will manage the bar operations, prepare and serve a variety of drinks, and provide a lively, clean, and welcoming environment for guests looking to unwind.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Stock Management: Monitor bar inventory, restock drinks and supplies, and report stock shortages to management.
  • Bar Cleanliness: Keep the bar counter, glasses, shelves, and seating area thoroughly clean and sanitized.
  • Order Processing: Take drink orders from both walk-in guests and service staff, ensuring accurate billing.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of UCE or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Aged 20-28 years.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, disciplined, trustworthy and highly reliable.
