Company Description
Epic Hotel is a rising 3-star hospitality property located in the serene suburbs of Kampala, Uganda. Specifically situated in Lugala Masanafu within the Rubaga Division, the hotel is designed as a peaceful, relaxing retreat away from the city’s chaotic core. It occupies a highly strategic transport position, sitting just one kilometer from both the Kampala Northern Bypass and the Kampala–Entebbe Expressway toll road, allowing effortless airport commutes and rapid connections to the city center and the beaches of Lake Victoria.
The hotel property features over 36 modern guest rooms, categorised into Standard, Twin, and Executive Rooms to satisfy solo corporate travelers, couples, and shared occupancies alike. Beyond traditional hotel stays, the property boasts a fully furnished 4-bedroom Annex Residence. This dedicated block is tailored as an exclusive Airbnb-style setup for large family retreats, group vacations, and private corporate group outings requiring fully equipped shared lounges and kitchen facilities.
The room amenities emphasize contemporary digital convenience and comfort, integrating high-speed 5G Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart flat-screen TVs linked to DSTV, and private bathrooms with hot water systems. Functionality is bolstered by secure electronic key-card access, round-the-clock front desk reception, secure ample parking, and an industrial-grade standby power generator. Structurally, the ground floor features an exquisite bar and a fully stocked restaurant operating 24 hours a day, delivering an array of fresh local and international cuisines.
The outer grounds feature beautiful open-air patio spaces and quiet green gardens designed to host outdoor meetings, catch-ups, and special social functions. While it focuses heavily on providing cozy, personal hospitality for local travelers, international guests can seamlessly arrange for coordinated airport transfers directly through the front desk concierge. (Note: For travelers looking beyond Kampala, a prominent luxury resort sharing a similar name—the 4-star Mantis EPIC Hotel & Suites—is located just across the border in Nyagatare, Rwanda)
