AsOne Ministries is a Christ-centered, non-profit development organisation dedicated to holistically addressing spiritual, relational, and economic poverty in rural, underserved communities across Uganda. Established in 2015 by Henry Iwumbwe and Andrew DeVaney, the faith-driven organization manages its primary country headquarters in Namayemba within the Bugiri District of Eastern Uganda. The enterprise coordinates its regional field interventions through a locally led model that employs over 470 Ugandan leaders and professionals under the organizational motto of “Ugandans Empowering Ugandans.” 
The primary operational mission of the ministry focuses on creating self-sustaining communities by implementing targeted solutions across four core pillars: education, healthcare, enterprise, and agriculture. Their comprehensive infrastructure development includes building and operating nursery, primary, and high schools that enroll thousands of students, alongside establishing local health centers that handle tens of thousands of medical visits annually. Concurrently, their agricultural teams deploy advanced training modules to equip smallholder farmers with improved methods, while their enterprise arms provide vocational skills and job placement pathways for young adults. 
A major differentiator for the organization is its unique focus on breaking aid dependency through a highly disciplined, earned-revenue financial framework. Initial charitable donations are utilized purely as seed capital to build and launch schools, clinics, demonstration farms, and community businesses, which then generate localized revenue from services to cover ongoing operational costs. This structured approach allows their assigned regional hubs—distributed across districts like Pallisa, Serere, Luuka, and Kaberamaido—to achieve over 85% operational self-sustainability while driving deep, long-term communal transformation.
